Its mainly dedicated to people who want to replace their keyboard or guitar rig with a computer. Now I get crackling/distorted sound when using Soundflower. This single zip file includes EVERYTHING we've given away for MainStage to date- over 135+ patches. Or you can do what I did and just buy another Laptop, nothing too expensive, I found a good ROG Asus for about $600 US at my local pawn shop, where they had layaway, and I got it out in 3 months. MainStage is simply a way to use Logics synths and plugins in a live setup, without the sequencer and with a very simple and easy to use GUI. And it looks there is a beta version of soundflower that now works with El Capitan, which should allow you to route the audio from Mainstage to Live.
